The Asian Cities Climate Change Resilience Network (ACCCRN), funded by the Rockefeller Foundation and technically managed and coordinated by the Institute for Social and Environmental Transition (ISET), officially started working in Vietnam in 2008 with the engagement of three medium-sized cities Can Tho, Da Nang, and Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh province), with intervention projects starting in 2010.
